My name is Sally Cox, and I’m returning home to Williamstown in June! I’m the #3 child of Mary & George Falcsik, and am so excited to be coming back home to spend time with my family. I’m also thrilled about my new business adventure, Creative Kids Club, for 1st – 6th graders, which will begin this summer once I get all settled into our new home.
For the past 14 years, I’ve been teaching 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade in Huntersville, NC, with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System. Everyone keeps asking me, “Will you be teaching when you get to WV?” The answer is yes — and no! I will be teaching children how to sew and make all sorts of textile arts and other handiwork, but no, I won’t be teaching in the elementary school setting. I’ve been “crafting” and sewing ever since I could cut with scissors, color with crayons, and thread a needle! My latest passion is making earrings & necklaces.
My wonderful husband of 20 years, Gary, and I have 4 grown children (Jeramie, Missy, Angie, and Bethany) who have given us 7 beautiful grandchildren (Allison, Cody, Jenna, Angelo, Natalie, Avery, and Max). We love our family, and cherish every available minute we can spend with them.
